- Donor records: Retained for three (3) years to comply with IRS requirements and provide donation history, or as required by law, whichever is longer
- Website analytics: Retained for twenty-six (26) months
- Communications records: Retained for three (3) years or until you unsubscribe, whichever is longer

Note: HomeOwnership4u is in the process of obtaining nonprofit status. Should we qualify for an exemption under the CCPA, we remain committed to honoring these rights for all individuals.
